Sensei Growth Consulting was Founded by Colin Decker. A career cultivator whom has worked with industry leading companies to push the forefront of the cannabis industry to new heights. He has worked with clients all over the United States cultivating both Commercial Hemp (CBD) & Cannabis in both the Recreational and Medicinal Sectors. Outside of running New York’s premier Cannabis Consulting Agency, Colin has worked as a Director of Cultivation in the past, advised governmental agencies on policy reform and offered guidance in regards to individual state cultivation regulations with compliance in mind.
